Review

Providing an exquisite dining experience during the current lockdown, Chef Ananya Banerjee has conjured up a delicious, hearty and lip-smacking menu that allows you to “eat out” without actually having to eat out. Drawing inspiration from her own mother’s kitchen favourites, every week comes with a brand new menu that keeps consumers satiated and excited.

During a climate of fear and uncertainty, the Chef guarantees home cooked meals in a well sanitized kitchen that she has prepared herself. Add in the triple packaging with contactless delivery, and the result leads to every diner receiving a meal that lives up to the high standards set by her. The dishes cooked are safe, authentic and very moreish, leaving you eagerly waiting for the next menu.

French Menu

Sauteed Vegetables and Herbed Butter Rice.

While the vegetable bowl allows the consumer to replace the vegetables to their liking, the herbed rice is a simple but delicious classic with garlic and Italian parsley, both intended to help set up the meal.

Lobster Thermidor and Crepes Suzette.

The former is a decadent dish containing lobster shells stuffed with cooked lobster meat prepared in a creamy white wine sauce, topped with parmesan cheese and broiled to perfection.

The latter is a classic French dessert – a combination of thin crepes served in a delicious orange and caramel sauce.

Bengali Menu (Bangla Khabar)

Bhetki Macher Paturi – Barramundi fillet cooked in banana leaves.

Basanti Pulao – a slightly sweet, Bengali style pulao.

Bengali Thali – a traditional thali complete with Kosha Mangsho (slow cooked mutton), Aamsotto (aam papad) chutney and Rassogolla.
