Review

Dining in Cabo Serai is definitely an experience. Their carefully crafted menu is tailored to the guest’s dietary preferences, with organic ingredients, seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs sourced from their very own organic garden. Other fresh produce such as grain and seafood are sourced from local fair-trade suppliers. It all culminates to provide the diner with the freshest produce in its most wholesome and natural form. A wellness-focused menu based on the Sattvik philosophy is also available here.

Their breakfast menu is as varied as it is delicious – Beetroot and Sweet Lime juice, fresh fruit and the local Poi with a cheese platter.

Homemade Granola and Bajra Pancakes with banana and honey.

Scrambled eggs with cheese and Moong Dal Dosa.

Lunch indoors – White Gazpacho and Mesculen Salad.

Fresh local seafood in a chunky tomato sauce and Coconut Ice Cream for dessert.

Lunch outdoors – Local Poi with Beetroot Gazpacho and Spinach and Cheese Risotto.

Candlelight dinner – Wild Mushroom Soup and Corn Cashew Chaat.

Kali Daal and Chicken Caffreal with Jawar Roti and Tofu and Date cake with fresh Coconut ice cream.
