Massive Restaurant’s Zorawar Kalra is the owner/founder of TYGR, a modern Thai Bar & Grill restaurant in Mumbai. It is also a cousin of Bo Tai restaurant in Delhi.

About

Kalra’s favourite architect, Masafumi Sanada has recreated a jungle vibe for TYGR. Keeping synergy with the theme, one can spot tiger print wallpapers and cushions. The natural habitat of the jungle is interpreted through  eight foot tall trees, a large number of dense planters and an installation made of real branches, twigs and tropical leaves.

This modern Thai restaurant stands out with it’s attention to detail and it’s delicious cuisine with influences of Japanese and American grill. The ingredients ooze freshness and coupled with the chef’s cooking prowess, results in dishes which are spot on in flavours. It’s a fusion restaurant worth your time.
